Notes
- Soft drinks will be provided if preferred and for visitors under the age of 18.
- Many of the areas visited during the brewery tour are of an industrial nature, so - in the interests of safety - children must be at least 12 years of age.
- The brewery tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes and includes several of the brewery's historic buildings, which have a number of steep staircases and uneven surfaces. The tour may therefore be difficult for infirm visitors and is not suitable for wheelchair users. Practical footwear is recommended.
- Production or engineering considerations may necessitate restricting access to certain areas on some occasions. Brewing is a batch process so we cannot guarantee that any particular piece of equipment will be in use at the time of your visit. Production does not normally take place at weekends

Each course is matched by a specially-selected beer whose flavours complement the food.
