SE105: Flavours of Faversham Beer & Food Evening - Friday 18th July A special tour, tasting and four-course dinner to raise the curtain on the Faversham Food & Drink Festival. 7.00pm - 11.00pm Take a guided tour of the Shepherd Neame Brewery and see how award-winning ales and speciality lagers are brewed, then savour a superb four-course "Beer Dinner" - freshly prepared with local ingredients. SE104: Brewery Tour & Ale Samplers Supper - Thursday 31 July Enjoy an 80-minute brewery tour and fascinating tutored tasting followed by a delicious home-made supper of Smoked Haddock and Prawns bound in a rich veloute sauce, and topped with creamy mashed potato.
