Average of £15 - £30k readily available cash required for your ingoings, which covers:

  • Inventory
  • Stock, glassware, crockery etc
  • Trading Deposit (£5,000)
  • Contract Deposit (£500)
  • Training Course Deposit (£500)
  • Dilapidations (£1,000)

Applicants should also allow for a minimum of £5,000 of working capital and a £1,000+ for brokers fees. Therefore you should be looking at having approximately £21,000 - £36,000 in clear funds.
