Hop Festival Ale - 4.5% ABV A real celebration of the very best of Kentish hops. The finest pale ale malt and delicious, biscuity-sweet crystal malt combine to give a full-bodied base to this amazing brew .The choicest East Kent Goldings and First Gold hops provide a distinct lemony bitterness that is complimented by a stunning, grassy fresh aroma from further East Kent Goldings added late in the copper boil and generous cask dry hopping with the classic Fuggle hop. This wonderfully hoppy, refreshing brew is a masterpiece of brewing excellence. Brewing: 17 August Available: Saturday 4 & Sunday 5 September at the Faversham Hop Festival. Four Tenants Ale - Maidstone - 4.0% ABV A smooth, bitter, hoppy/malty brew for Summer brewed exclusively for four of our Maidstone pubs whose tenants have contributed ideas for the recipe. Kentucky Bluebird - 5.0% ABV A classic American IPA , pale in colour, top end bitterness, but with a glorious cavalcade of fruity, hoppy , aromas and flavours . An American brewery yeast has been used to ferment this brew and specially imported American hops have been sourced and were added at six different stages in the process . Old Faversham Gold - 4.2% ABV Pale , With a distinctly fruity, citrus aroma and palate. Clean lingering bitterness on the after palate. Brewing: 1 June Available: Week Beginning 14 June
Four Tenants Ale - 4.1% ABV A classic Best Bitter with pronounced grassy, hop notes. Wonderful fragrant nose, complimented by a full bodied malty palate. Triple Oat Stout - 4.2% ABV Smooth, dark and creamy this full bodied stout has three different types of oats in the grist; Pinhead, Flaked and Golden Naked; complimented by Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts as well as traditional Roasted Barley. The beer has a mellow bitterness that complilments the satin-like texture and gives this stout a pleasing, almost velvet, mouth feel. Brewing: 26 April Available: Week Beginning 10 May
Refreshingly clean, pale bitter. Aromas of grapefruit and lemon are complimented by a variety of delicious malty flavours from the carapils malt and the golden oats. The finish is crisp and dry with subtle undertones of honey lingering on the palate. The colour of this pale, golden ale mirrors exactly the colour of the pure Sussex honey used in the brew.

Solar Eclipse - 4.8% ABV Aroma of fruit and floral and light malty notes is followed by an amazing peachy , hoppy palate complimented by a full bodied malty sweetness. After palate is clean and refreshing with a crisp , bitter bite. Brewing: 18 March Available: Week Beginning 29 March
Old Faversham Dark - 3.5% ABV The silky, ebony hue of this beer leads to a complex aroma of dark chocolate, mocha coffee, vanilla and a smokiness reminiscent of autumn bonfires. A smooth rich blend of dark chocolate and roast coffee hits the palate, complimented by autumn fruit flavours. Velvety cocoa flavours linger on the palate. Another darkly delicious, hand crafted gem from the Faversham Brewery. Brewing: 11 January Available: Week Beginning 25 January
Burns Extra Special - 4.5% ABV A beer brewed to celebrate the birth of the national poet of Scotland, RobertBurns, 25th January 1759. A full bodied, Scottish style malty ale , brewed from a traditional recipe that combines the delights of the finest Maris Otter pale ale malt , delicious, biscuity crystal and brown malts,topped off with generous quantities of the choicest Scottish oats . Brewed in the old style, this truly classic ale is delicately hopped, leading to a well balanced, mature, rounded palate. Savour a taste for auld lang syne with a beer brewed in Kent by a Scotsman. Little Belter - 5% ABV A cracker of a beer for Christmas .Brewed with the finest Maris Otter pale ale malt , Crystal malt and Rye Crystal, the beer is rich , malty with a deep ruby colour. Deliciously bittered with four different hop varieties , the beer is distinctly hoppy and fruity with a lingering malty palate. The after palate is clean with toasty malt lingering on the tongue. 70 Shillings - 3.7% ABV A full bodied Scottish style “ Heavy “ beer . An extended boil in the Copper and a slow, cool fermentation, contribute to a delicious, caramelized, malty palate. Lightly hopped with well balanced, roast flavours. Classically served with a tight, creamy head that lasts till the last drop. Grist as follows: The finest Maris Otter Pale ale Malt, Crystal Malt, Brown Malt. Hops : Choicest East Kent Goldings. Brewing: 24 November Available: Week Beginning 7 December
Black Parrot - 4.5% ABV Look out for the parrot flying in, in early November. A magical blend of pale, black, brown and crystal malt give superb burnt and fruity notes. Bittered by three varieties of fragrant, aromatic hops creating beautiful fruity aromas - unusual in a black beer. Two Kents Ale - 5.0% ABV A unique beer, brewed exclusively for the Dartford WMC beer Festival. The style is American IPA, and the beer truly lives up to it. At 5.0% abv, very pale and bittered with American Cascade and Amarillo hops .The aroma is magnificently fruity, followed by a huge fruity , citrus bitterness. The after-palate is lingering with notes of grapefruit left tantalizing the taste buds ". This has been brewed in the Pilot Brewery exclusively for The Dartford WMC beer festival on 21st November. A special beer brewed to celebrate the 30th Rochford Beer Festival run by the S.E Essex branch of CAMRA from 17th - 21st November. A light coloured, distinctively bitter brew with strong grapefruit aromas. Pale cara and aromatic malts are used in the brew, with bitterness and aroma being provided by Cascade hops, which are added at three stages in the process. Dry hopped in the cask with Cascade - delicious, full bodied, fruity ale is the result. Brewing: 27 October
Old Smokey - 4.6% ABV Peated malt used in the brew makes this beer truly special. Rich smokey aromas and palate, reminiscent of Islay malt whisky makes it quite distinctive. Well balanced with Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops - a special beer for Bonfire Night and Halloween Brewing: 13 October
